Our activity includes monitoring the corporate area, with the scope of legal certainty and minimization of risks, as well as corporate governance, combined with our experience in Family and Succession Law.

Our focus is the monitoring of the constitution and corporate reorganization (meeting minutes, corporate bylaws, articles of association, acquisitions, business transformations, splits, mergers, quota or shareholder agreements, memorandum of understanding, composition and participation in the boards of directors, executive compensation policies, etc.), always observing the diversity of daily themes of the business scenario (capital increase and reduction, withdrawal or exclusion of partners, election of directors, etc.).
